Home Watch Services
Home Watch Services in Del Mar
I'm Devin Capps, a Del Mar resident and licensed general contractor with 20 years of construction experience. I'm now accepting a limited number of new Home Watch clients. If you're out of town, own a second home, or rent your place on Airbnb, I'll keep an eye on it like it's my own.

Why It Matters
You Get Me, Not a Crew
Every check-in is done by me personally. There are no employees and no rotating staff. You'll have one person to call, and as a licensed contractor, I know what to look for when something's wrong.
Every Visit
What I Check
Regular scheduled walk-throughs: monthly, biweekly, or weekly
After-storm and after-rain checks for leaks, drainage, and damage
Gates, doors, and windows secured
Responding when a neighbor calls about something
Checking for water leaks, mold, pests, and power or HVAC issues
Between-guest checks for Airbnb and short-term rentals
Photo report sent to you after every visit
If something needs repair, I can take care of it as your licensed contractor
Service Area
Del Mar only. Keeping my service area small means I can get to your home quickly when it matters.
