Information Only, No Contract
The content on this Site is for general information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer, bid, or contract. Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a contract or obligate either of us. All construction work and Home Watch services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will control over anything on this Site.
Estimates and Pricing
Free estimates are provided for planning purposes. Pricing for construction work and Home Watch services depends on the specific property and scope and is set only in a written agreement. Home Watch pricing is available by phone.
Home Watch Services
Home Watch services are visual, non-invasive checks of a property at the times agreed in writing. They are not a home inspection, security monitoring, or insurance, and they do not guarantee that damage, loss, or problems will be found or prevented. The specific scope, visit schedule, key handling, and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written Home Watch agreement.
Project Photos and Reviews
Photos on the Site show past projects completed by Capps Construction and its licensed trade partners. Every project is different, and photos do not guarantee a specific result, price, or timeline. Customer reviews reflect the individual opinions of past clients.
