Devin Capps is a general contractor who has spent the last 29 years, building everything from homes to schools. Capps Construction & Concrete is a family owned and independently operated business.

Currently, we are building new homes in the Heritage Ranch area of Paso Robles. Capps Construction is based in this wonderful community, and we are committed to fostering long-term relationships, preserving the natural beauty of the area, and building homes to last generations.

Our goal is satisfied customers who recommend us without reservation! At Capps Construction, we strive to provide customers with innovative solutions and clear communication from start to finish. As a full-service company with experience in all aspects of building, we are able to provide advice on everything from budget planning and construction methods to engineering and architectural design. We work closely with our customers to keep them pleased and informed throughout the building process, which is what sets us apart from other contractors.

Customers can choose from a wide selection of floor plans and blueprints, or bring in their own. Devin Capps profile picture I’m Devin Capps, the CEO of Capps Construction & Concrete and a second-generation builder. I live in beautiful Heritage Ranch with my wife and two children. We love living in this wonderful community and are working to keep it a beautiful, family-friendly place to live for years to come. I started Capps Construction in 2005 to focus on developing Heritage Ranch. Over the years, we have become experts in building homes and the various aspects associated with building a home, including the loan processes required for each unique project. The homes we build in Heritage Ranch are 1700-2300 square feet with mid-range upgrades. Prices range from $355K-$690K. I am well versed in all types of home building, concrete contracting, masonry, drought-proof landscaping, and more. We are licensed, bonded, and insured with Worker’s Comp and carry $1 million liability policy. At Capps we take pride in our work and look forward to speaking with you about your project and how we can make it a reality!
